Pulse Social Housing proudly operates as part of the Pulse Social Sports Group CIC, a not-for-profit community interest company rooted in London since 2018. As a group, we've been delivering inclusive sports activities for Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) children across several London boroughs. 

We are now providing a new service in bridging the gap between available property and safe, affordable housing for those who need it most. We do this by working with landlords, housing providers, and local authorities across the UK to deliver reliable housing solutions for SEND individuals and families.  

By expanding our community-first spirit, we create stable homes where people can thrive while reinvesting every surplus back into inclusive sports programmes across several London boroughs.

We lease properties from private landlords and manage them responsibly, placing them with regulated housing associations and local authorities across the UK. 

Through this approach, we deliver guaranteed rent with zero management hassle to landlords. Plus creating maximum social impact for partners, SEND individuals and families.
