We believe sports can unite, strengthen, and help revitalize communities throughout London and Hertfordshire. At Pulse Social, we are continuously sourcing funding opportunities to support existing projects and the development of new bespoke community sports projects for all ages.
Sadly, there are many groups of individuals that have stopped playing sports for all kinds of reasons. Our aim is to help grow inclusion in sports and get more people active.
All the proceeds will be reinvested in our community sports projects.
Pulse Social's social purpose is ensuring the next generation of Sports industry professionals acquire real-life experience and skills of working in a business environment.
Some of the roles include:
- Preparing a session plan
- Assisting in facilitating a coaching session
- Developing confidence
Desired Social Outcomes:
- We are sourcing an array of funding opportunities for the selection of students to be enrolled onto various sports Level 1 course (Sports Leaders, Football and Basketball, etc).
- Our aim for 2021 is to create 10 part-time paid Sports Coaching positions throughout all of our services.
We work in conjunction with a selected amount of Universities and Colleges across England. We ensure our core team of mentors provides students with the most adequate experience and skills to overcome challenges, confidence, and creativity skills.
Pulse Social's - She Gets Active Project. Our aim is to help more women and girls get involved in physical activity and sport. By applying behavioral science to sport, it was clear that women and girls face multiple barriers to being active: fear of judgement, confidence, guilt and more.
We want to tackle this issue by developing bespoke community sports activities within schools and social community hubs.
Sports is a great power vehicle to transform lives and improve disadvantaged communities around the globe.
Here at Pulse Social Sports Group CIC, the main focus of our community sports projects is to make sports available to disadvantaged areas and to tackle barriers of exclusion.
We want to develop an array of bespoke sports activities projects that are tailored to benefit and support all ages in the wider community.
Some of the examples of our most recent projects are listed below:
- Summer sports camps for Primary School students.
- Mentoring future coaches
- Social sports activities for adults
- Sports activity projects for socially disadvantaged communities.
